  Put in an a order tonight , when my food arrived I noticed half of my cinnamon sticks were undercooked and still doughy so I called back and the manager said she pulled them out and they were done...clearly not the case. Either she doesn't know what cooked bread looks like or she just didn't care that they weren't done and just took them out and sent them off anyways. They sent me a replacement and this time my daughter opened the box to get a cinnamon stick and there was a hair in it....I called back for a refund and was told I could not get a refund because they had already replaced my cinnamon sticks for free the first time...never ordering from this place again and neither should you! How hard is it to wear hairnets and bake some cinnamon sticks..really?!
